Our exible cable duct system consists of the duct element, retainer and round rod segment.
The system is used for the horizontal electrication of desks and worktops.
The elements are linked together and, used horizontally, can be adapted to a variety of desk shapes. It is also suitable for corner solutions and innitely variable height adjustment of dierent working levels.
The round rod that is part of the Oce-Line system and consists of a steel tube encased in synthetic material or a synthetic prole, is screwed to the bottom of the table top by means of a suitable retainer to form a railing.
The cablue duct elements are inserted in this railing and connected on the “press stud” principle.
The components permit a minimum horizontal radius of 200mm. By lifting and shifting into a latched position, the cable duct is moved into its nal assembled position.
The duct system between the railing and desk top are under slight tension.
Insertion of the cables is easy by tilting the individual duct elements or whole segments.
The under-the-table version, shown here through the opening, clearly demonstrates the features of this new cable duct system: the individual elements are connected by a “press stud”, and adjusted horizontally to the shape of the table; the optically elegant suspension of the system and perfect cable routing.
The Oce-Line system puts design and function on an equal footing. Clear lines and straightforwardness are key features of this oce system.
The elements suspended from the round rod facilitate a quick and easy insertion of the cables into the cable duct.
